On the daily weigh in — if you do weigh yourself daily, please please do not beat yourself up if 4 or 5 days a week you don’t have a lower number on the scale, as long as Mark mentioned, you are tracking it and adding habits that make the overall trend in the right direction then you should feel awesome! As you saw from the graph 1.25 pounds per week overall but it started fast and then slowed down, then more you lose the harder each incremental pound is to lose. Final thought, please find that accountability coach / partner — when you have rough days / weeks and miss goals etc — make sure to share that with them. The journey is the rest of your life — make sure to enjoy the process AND the results!!
